A little bit about Jerry….

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cr Jerry Clune represents the City of Greater Geraldton on the Board of the Mid West Sports Federation.

One of Jerry’s main reasons to join the council was to see that sport and sporting facilities got the representation they deserve and the importance they have on the well-being of the whole community is duly recognised. As such, when a vacancy came up for a CGG Councillor position on the Federation Board, Jerry was pleased to accept the nomination.

Jerry has had a long association with administration of sporting clubs within Geraldton and currently holds the position of chair of the Wonthella Oval Management Committee.

“I am also a long-suffering Dockers member, however we must always stay optimistic for better days ahead!”

By day (and night at times!) he runs a farm to the east of Geraldton. Jerry is married to Lynda and they have four adult children.
