An annual award for a “sports personality”, based on their contribution to the sport/s over a long period of time. Takes into account any notable achievements of the “sports personality” during their involvement with the sport/s.

Please note: You are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to help explain the nominee’s level of achievement. You should assume that the judges are not familiar with the nominee and be specific about their achievements.
