What they're saying...

Our recent strategic planning session, facilitated by MWSF, was extremely beneficial. It provided clear direction, encouraged productive discussion, and helped us align our priorities for the future. The structured approach made it easy for our committee to identify key focus areas and develop practical, achievable goals moving forward. We found the process both engaging and valuable, and it has given us greater confidence in our planning and decision-making. We would highly recommend this opportunity to other clubs and associations in the region. It is a worthwhile investment that delivers real clarity and direction. Thank you again for your support and guidance.

We appreciate the opportunity to be guided through the strategic planning process facilitated by Mid West Sports Federation. The workshops were invaluable, providing our committee with structured guidance and a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the future direction of our club and clarify priorities. Having a strategic plan is an essential and valuable part of any organisation, even one like ours that is volunteer-run. Successful implementation of the plan will require significant ongoing commitment from our committee and members. The process has given us a clearer sense of purpose and a stronger foundation to guide decision-making and ensure the long-term sustainability of squash in our region.

The support which was provided by MWSF and Ian Crawford proved to be very beneficial. Even though our Strategic Plan was close to completion and publishing, the advice, structuring and reformatting of the plan turned it into a much more usable product. The GASC committee were fortunate to have some members who are familiar with governance. In the cases of sporting club committees not having any expertise or knowledge in this field, it would be near impossible to create a strategic plan without assistance such as what was being provided from MSWF. Not having an adequate and valid strategic plan can have devastating consequences for a club.
